Wuhan
Wuhan is a major city in central China, known for its role as a transportation hub and its rich history dating back over 3,500 years. It was formed by the merger of three cities—Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang—in the early 20th century and played a pivotal role in the 1911 Xinhai Revolution that ended imperial rule. Today, Wuhan is famous for landmarks like the Yellow Crane Tower and its vibrant cultural scene, and it gained global attention as the first city to report the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019.
