Will and Xyriel did not become a duo in “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition,” but they are hoping to have the opportunity to work together in the future.
Will and Xyriel formed a close friendship inside Bahay ni Kuya, and many fans have been rooting for them to collaborate as fellow child stars in the showbiz industry.
In an interview, Xyriel mentioned that she and Will often talked about working together while they were still in PBB.
“We always joked about it, and for me, I wanted to turn those jokes into reality—like, ‘Hey, let’s work together when we get out.’ Will and I always had that kind of banter,” she said.
“Hopefully, since there’s a collaboration theme, I’d really love to work with Will in the near future,” she added.
Will echoed the sentiment, saying he would love to work with the actress.
“It’s crazy—I can’t even imagine how we’d do a scene together, but I really hope Xyriel and I get to work together,” he said.
Will and Xyriel also mentioned that they would have been each other’s next duo if the wildcard round had not happened.
“She said something like that to me, so if she meant it, we would’ve been the last duo,” Xyriel said.
“If Ralph [De Leon] hadn’t returned, yes, Xy and I would’ve been a duo,” Will said.
The wildcard round saw the return of Ralph and another housemate to Bahay ni Kuya. Subsequently, the housemates faced individual nominations, and Xyriel was evicted along with another contestant.
Will and Xyriel, along with their fellow housemates, will bring joy to fans at The Big ColLOVE fan con at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday.
