He explained that his ex-wife lost all lawsuits to lift the travel ban in Cairo and Alexandria courts, so she resorted to a clever trick by filing a lawsuit in another judicial district using “an old address for him” so he would not receive a notification about the case. Through this loophole, she obtained a travel verdict for the child without his knowledge or ability to object!
What increased the bitterness of the shock and the burning pain of the father was that the appeal session for this verdict was scheduled for May 23, meaning the travel happened “in a suspicious manner” before the court could give its final and decisive word. The artist asked with regret through his account: “Isn’t this official forgery?”
