Overview of the Proposed 1.4 Trillion Dong Riverside Park along the Han River
The city government has recently approved an investment plan totaling nearly 1.4 trillion VND to create a public park in the north of Phan Dang Luu Street, aiming to improve infrastructure, foster community connections, and stimulate economic development along the Han River.
The vacant land along the Han River in the north of Phan Dang Luu Street (Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau district) has been selected by the city for the public park.
Decision No. 1686/QD-UBND by the city government approves the investment plan for the project, which includes two main components: the public park to the north of Phan Dang Luu Street and the technical infrastructure for the commercial-service area in Nai Nam.
