During the month of June 2025, the cases of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in cloven-hoofed livestock in Bandung Regency reached 932 affected cattle.
This number shows that, although the trend is declining, the threat of this FMD still needs to be monitored.
Out of these numbers, as many as 793 cattle were reported to have recovered from the disease.
Meanwhile, 32 are still undergoing treatment, 63 had to be conditionally slaughtered, and 44 others died from the disease.
The spread of FMD cases has reached 31 villages or neighborhoods spread across 16 districts.
