Roderick Paulate was overjoyed when he saw the comment from his friend, Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, on the trailer of his new movie, ‘Mudrasta (The Fabulous Stepmom!)’.
Ate Vi wrote: “Good luck Dick!!! Told you. You’re truly talented in everything! A brilliant ACTOR… STILL TO THIS DAY!! Proud of you, my friend! Everyone… let’s watch MUDRASTA!!!!”
Roderick was deeply moved by the comment from the Star for All Seasons.
Their mutual friends said that Ate Vi has never let the comedian down.
She has always supported Roderick wholeheartedly!
When we chatted with Roderick, he said: “I’m happy because despite her busy schedule as Governor of Batangas, she still took the time to greet me and wish success for ‘Mudrasta’.
“She’s always supported my projects. She knows when I’m happy with a project and when I’m not. Haha… but of course, I always give my best in my work.
“And she’s always been consistent in giving me positive feedback on my performances. She’s truly my friend. Even if we rarely see each other, we’ve promised to be friends for life. Whether we argue or not, we’ll always be friends.”
Roderick also had a message for Ate Vi: “Keep it up, Vi! I’m proud of you. Batangas truly trusts you, which is why you remain in their hearts.
“And I know you love the people of Batangas, so you’ll do everything for their welfare.”
No matter what happens, Roderick and Ate Vi will always be friends!
