Help Rural Revitalization: Luohu District 2024 “6·30” Initiative
To all government agencies, organizations, enterprises, social groups, and caring individuals:
2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a critical year for achieving the goals and tasks outlined in the “14th Five-Year Plan,” and a year for accelerating the implementation of the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. Vigorously carrying out the 2024 “6.30” campaign to support rural revitalization in Luohu District and mobilizing the entire society to actively participate is of great significance. This effort helps Luohu District’s paired assistance regions—Longlin and Xilin in Guangxi, Lufeng City in Shanwei, and Chao’an District in Chaozhou—consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation while effectively linking them to rural revitalization. It also promotes integrated urban-rural development and accelerates the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. As the 2024 “6.30” campaign to support rural revitalization approaches, we issue the following initiative to all sectors of society:
Let us jointly participate in the “6.30” campaign to support rural revitalization, focusing our efforts and moving forward together to help promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Let us collectively create the “Shenzhen Model” for the “6.30” campaign to support rural revitalization, building more high-quality demonstration projects. Let us extend a helping hand and offer our compassion, taking concrete actions to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, comprehensively advance rural revitalization, and make greater contributions to building a beautiful and livable countryside and promoting coordinated urban-rural development!
We will adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency by establishing dedicated accounts and centralized oversight. We will promptly disclose information on donated funds and materials, as well as their management and use, and willingly accept supervision from audit agencies and the public. We will adhere to a results-oriented approach, pledging that all funds and materials raised through the campaign will be used entirely for consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and advancing all aspects of rural revitalization. We will ensure service support by actively managing project coordination, implementation, and follow-up work, issuing receipts, strengthening recognition and incentives, and fully safeguarding the outcomes of charitable efforts.
The winds are favorable for setting sail, and the time is right for doing good. Let us join hands, gather the power of kindness, embark on the journey toward common prosperity, and commit ourselves to the grand cause of rural revitalization with shared missions and responsibilities. Let us accelerate the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” to promote coordinated urban-rural development. We believe that your warm and kind actions will become a vibrant chapter in advancing comprehensive rural revitalization! We eagerly look forward to your participation, working together to build a green and beautiful countryside suitable for living and working, and jointly painting a magnificent picture of rural revitalization!
