70 researchers from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University participate in the second phase of the scientific research and innovation strategy development launch.

The second phase of developing the research and innovation strategy was launched at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, represented by the Deanship of Scientific Research. This phase was initiated during a workshop attended by the acting university president along with a group of researchers and specialists.
In his speech, it was emphasized that the new strategy for scientific research represents a roadmap for developing the research environment at the university, highlighting the necessity of aligning research with national priorities and supporting innovation, which contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
It was also noted that this step is part of the university’s commitment to developing scientific research outputs and enhancing their impact on national development.
It was added that the success of the strategy depends on the integration of efforts between researchers and academic administrations, and creating a stimulating research environment that supports innovation and sustainable development. Researchers were urged to actively participate in formulating the strategy and contributing to a qualitative leap in the university’s research output.
The dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research reviewed mechanisms for identifying major challenges that the university, with its research expertise, can help address. It was affirmed that scientific research must evolve to actively participate in finding solutions to these challenges, explaining that the deanship is working
