College Students, Come Take the “Homeward Bound Special Line”
To facilitate the smooth return of college faculty and students, Chengdu public transportation has visited various campuses and has cooperated with Southwest Jiaotong University, Xihua University, and University of Electronic Science and Technology to collect and organize the vacation schedules and transportation needs of each school. From June 20 to June 30, eight customized bus routes will be launched to serve the faculty and students returning home, making the journey more efficient, convenient, and safe.
The “homecoming lines” start directly from the campus, with no stops en route, providing a direct connection to major transport hubs for returning students and faculty without the need to transfer. Additionally, these lines use new energy electric highway passenger vehicles, offer one seat per person, and are equipped with USB ports and large luggage compartments, making travel during hot or rainy weather less strenuous and more comfortable.
