West Bengal Rally: If BJP Comes to Bengal, Thugs and Mafia Will Sweep the Streets: Yogi Adityanath
In a sharp attack on the current law and order situation in the state, he said that if a Bharatiya Janata Party government is formed in Bengal, strict action will be taken against goons, mafia, and anarchic elements, forcing them to sweep the streets.
He was addressing a public rally organized in support of the BJP candidate from the Barabani assembly constituency. From the stage, he appealed to the public to vote in favor of the BJP, stating that the state needs change and the BJP is the only alternative that can ensure development and security.
In his address, he questioned the law and order in West Bengal, stating that crime and anarchy are at their peak in the state. He alleged that the current government is providing protection to criminals instead of taking action against them, creating an atmosphere of fear among the common people. He said, “If a BJP government is formed in Bengal, there will be no place for goons, mafia, and anarchic elements. They will be brought within the ambit of the law and punished severely.”
He stated that if a BJP government is formed, a new wave of development will begin in Bengal. Mentioning the work done in Uttar Pradesh, he said that law and order has improved there and strict action has been taken against criminals. He assured the public that if a BJP government is formed, a similar system will be implemented in Bengal so that people can get security and a better life.
Targeting opposition parties, he said they only engage in vote bank politics and have nothing to do with the real issues of the people. He said the BJP’s objective is to work on the principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’.
At the end of his speech, he appealed to the public to support the BJP and become partners in bringing change to the state. He said this election is not just about changing the government, but an opportunity to secure and prosper Bengal’s future.
A large crowd of people was seen at the public rally. Supporters raised slogans in support of the BJP and expressed their support for the candidate. Strict security arrangements were also made during the event.
