Senate Vote Not Scripted! Bato Prepared for Privilege Speech

Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa firmly denied that the voting and his privilege speech last night in the Senate session until the impeachment court convened were scripted. He questioned how the seconding of the motion by Senator Christopher ‘Bong’ Go and the initial opposition by Senator Joel Villanueva, which almost led to a fistfight with Senator Robin Padilla, could be scripted. Dela Rosa admitted that he had prepared for his privilege speech rather than appearing foolish just standing in the Senate plenary.
