In pictures: In the presence of a number of Al-Munayzilah notables, “Al-Salmiyah” celebrates the success of its third Ramadan edition and honors its partners in success.

In an atmosphere filled with gratitude and appreciation, the farm of Al-Hajj Abdulwahab Al-Ahmad hosted the honorary ceremony organized by the Al-Salmiya Sports Team, celebrating the success of the third edition of the Al-Salmiya Ramadan Tournament, which was named after the late Sheikh Kazem Al-Hareeb – may he rest in peace – in recognition of his distinguished journey of giving and service to the community.

Before the start of the ceremony’s program, a complete recitation of the Holy Quran was held, with its reward dedicated to the soul of the deceased, in a gesture of loyalty that embodied the depth of appreciation and gratitude for his blessed journey, amidst a moving spiritual atmosphere reflecting his status in the hearts of the town’s people.

The ceremony began with a welcoming speech delivered by the event’s host, who gave the program a distinctive character, reviewing milestones from the deceased’s biography and his prominent contributions to supporting social, cultural, sports, and volunteer activities in Al-Munayzilah.

In a speech, Sheikh Habib Al-Ahmad emphasized the importance of social, volunteer, and sports work in immortalizing the memory of the community’s loyal figures, noting that the late deceased was a key supporter of all the town’s activities, including sports activities, which made his name a symbol of continuous giving.

For his part, the team’s Executive Director expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to all contributors to the success of the tournament, stressing that this honor represents part of the gratitude to the success partners who played the greatest role in the tournament’s distinction and continuity.

The President of the Al-Ahsa Neighborhoods Sub-League also praised the organizational level demonstrated by the Al-Salmiya Team, confirming that the team presented a model to be emulated in institutional work and local organization. In a gesture welcomed by the attendees, he announced the League’s adoption of sponsoring the annual tournament bearing the name of the late deceased, in support of the continuity of this sports and community legacy.

The ceremony witnessed the honoring of supporters and sponsors from the town’s dignitaries and notables who supported the tournament materially and morally, along with honoring the champions of the age categories who won the title of the Ramadan Tournament, in appreciation of their efforts and encouragement of their talents.

The team’s management also extended its thanks and appreciation to “Abu Mut’ab” for his continuous support of the team’s activities, valuing his presence and participation on this occasion.

The ceremony concluded with a lunch banquet held for the occasion, in a fraternal atmosphere dominated by familiarity and the exchange of congratulations for the success of the sports season, before taking group photos to document the occasion.
