The police in Krasnodar managed to find one of the participants in the scuffle — the child’s father, who recorded a video message. He stated that the video was not filmed in the capital of Kuban.
“We contacted the father, whose children are being taken away. He is known to us. Previously, both parents had filed mutual complaints with the police that the other had taken the child,” said the head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Krasnodar.
Both were denied the initiation of criminal proceedings as both parents have the right to communicate with the child. Only a court can determine the place of residence and the order of communication of the minor with the mother and father.
