Krasnodar, June 17. A criminal case has been initiated in Novorossiysk due to the provision of poor-quality services at one of the shopping complexes, resulting in the death of a child.
The incident occurred during the day on June 16, 2025. A young boy was with his mother and grandmother in one of the hypermarkets in Novorossiysk. On the second floor, he fell into the space between the floor’s load-bearing structure and the external glazing; there were no protective barriers. The boy was hospitalized, but despite medical assistance, he passed away.
