The Social Security Administration for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) Branch Office advises participants to beware of brokers or cashing services when applying for Old Age Guarantee (JHT) balance claims, especially in the East Priangan Region.
The Branch Office advises all participants to submit claims through official channels provided at the nearest branch office.
“We advise participants to avoid and not use broker services, especially for those who are submitting claims,” said the spokesperson.
The spokesperson also emphasized that the claim submission process is easy and entirely free of any charges.
