Over the weekend, constructions for attaching noise barriers were started on the Kirov dam. Judging by their beginning, the view of the Kazan Kremlin will again be blocked by opaque gray panels that accumulate dust.

Challenging Balance

The mayor of Kazan was very keen to balance the interests of residents, the city, and businesses in the issue of renting electric scooters. For now, the first group suffers from renters racing through the city, the second group expands the restricted area, and the third suffers from sanctions.

Authorities state that not all actions of operators and users comply with norms, which necessitates taking measures. However, the administration assures that this is not a way to drive out the business.
