Information about the incident, which occurred on Borodinskaya Street in the regional capital, was published on social networks.
The video shows an unknown individual leisurely “taking a walk” across the hoods and roofs of cars parked along the road. After that, he jumps off a car and leaves with a friend. According to the publication, dents were left on the roofs and hoods of the vehicles.
One of the owners filed a police report about damage to his car. Law enforcement officers have begun an investigation.
“Individuals involved in this incident are being identified. Upon completion of the inquiry, a procedural decision will be made,” a police representative stated.
