Krasnodar, December 26 An accident occurred the day before around 7:00 PM at the 81st kilometer of the Timashevsk – Poltavskaya station highway in the Krasnoarmeysky district, according to the press service of the Krasnodar Krai State Traffic Inspectorate.

According to preliminary information, a 39-year-old female driver of a Hyundai Elantra failed to choose a safe speed, causing the car to skid. The vehicle veered into a ditch and collided with a tree.

As a result of the accident, the woman, who sustained injuries of varying severity, was taken to a hospital. Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
