Two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) heading towards the capital were destroyed by air defense forces.

“Two drones flying towards Moscow were destroyed by the Ministry of Defense’s air defense forces,” the statement said.

It was clarified that emergency service workers are at the site where the drone debris fell.

Earlier that day, it was reported that an air defense system had destroyed several targets heading towards Moscow. Later, it was announced that more targets were neutralized, followed by reports of further destruction of incoming threats.
