Shenzhen News Starting from October 13, 2025, Shenzhen’s online application process for second-hand property registration has been accelerated again, with the fastest cases being completed on the same day of acceptance. This aims to further optimize the business environment and facilitate enterprises and citizens.
The accelerated services include online applications involving single property registration units, including: second-hand commercial property transfer registration (original processing time was 1 working day); second-hand commercial property transfer registration + mortgage registration (original processing time was 2 working days); second-hand commercial property transfer “with existing mortgage” (original processing time was 2 working days).
For these services, if documents are complete and property rights are clear, the new processing times are: applications accepted before 16:00 will be completed by 18:00 the same day; applications accepted after 16:00 will be completed by 11:00 the next morning. Citizens can access the “Shenzhen Real Estate Registration One-Stop Service Platform” through the Guangdong Government Service Website or the Shenzhen Planning and Natural Resources Bureau website to apply for relevant real estate registration matters online.
