«Just recovered from injury, faces intense training during vacation»
The midfielder chose to spend the Liga 1 2024/2025 competition break by maintaining his physical condition.
Although he hasn’t traveled out of town, he continues to undergo independent training programs to restore his performance after recovering from an injury.
“For now, I’m still at home during the break due to Eid al-Adha and waiting for the children’s school holiday,” he said.
He admitted to still having homework from the coaching staff, particularly from the fitness coach.
This is because he feels he is still lagging in fitness after being absent from the team for some time.
“After the championship celebration parade, I had a week’s rest. But now, I’ve started training again because I received a program from the coach,” explained the player wearing jersey number 11.
Even during the holiday, he emphasizes the importance of keeping the body fit before entering the preseason period.
He also hinted at planning a family vacation during the children’s school holidays in the near future.
The team itself is still on break after ending the competition season as champions.
The Maung Bandung squad is scheduled to regroup in the coming weeks to prepare for the new season.
