Tuesday, July 1, 2025 — Registration for the open selection of the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Depok City officially closed on June 27, 2025. Eight participants passed the administrative verification, consisting of five internal department heads from the Depok City Government and three external participants.
The five internal applicants include Mangnguluang Mansur (DPMPTSP), Dadang Wihana (Bappeda), Abdul Rahman (DLHK), Citra Indah Yulianty (PUPR), and Dadan Rustandi (Disrumkim). Of the six external applicants, only three passed verification.
The Acting Regional Secretary of Depok City, Nina Suzana, confirmed that the selection process took place from June 13 to June 27, 2025. The Depok DPRD stated that this position auction must be conducted as the current Sekda position is still held by an Acting Official.
A DPRD member, Mazhab HM, emphasized that the Sekda must be capable of orchestrating civil servants, building communication with the DPRD, and demonstrating loyalty to the Mayor. He hopes the selected Sekda will be the best figure for Depok City’s progress.
