The Jingzhi People’s Court in Anqiu, Shandong Province has established the “Legal Security for Farming” judicial service brand to support agricultural development. They set up “legal clinics” in local cherry wholesale markets, providing on-site guidance and immediate mediation for common legal issues in product sales and transportation. They guide mediators to use plain language and conversational approaches to translate legal knowledge into concepts easily understood by the public, achieving “immediate arrival, immediate mediation, immediate departure.”

The Likou People’s Court in Qimen, Anhui Province established “Tea Protection Mobile Stations” during the spring tea harvesting season, setting up court sessions directly in tea trading markets to handle cases involving wage arrears and contract disputes on site, with an average case resolution period of only 8 days.
The Aima People’s Court in Namling County, Tibet Autonomous Region, serving Aima Township, Chaer Township, and Tubujia Township located along the Yarlung Zangbo River, focuses on potato cultivation and sales as the core local industry.
