Krasnodar Starting July 1, doors in MUP «KTTU» public transport will no longer open automatically but only upon passenger request, according to the city’s Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure.
The change applies to modern air-conditioned vehicles, helping to maintain cooler temperatures during hot weather.
Passengers will need to press a dedicated button to open the doors when the vehicle is stopped. Instructional stickers will be placed near the buttons, along with voice prompts and tutorial videos displayed on media screens inside the vehicles.
