Based on actual business needs and to further standardize supervision services for informatization projects, our organization has decided to establish a reserve pool of informatization supervision service agencies for Dadong District. The relevant requirements are announced as follows:
1. Eligibility criteria for applying to join the preferred supervision service agencies:
1. Compliance with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Other specific qualification requirements: None.
2. Required materials for applying to join the supervision agency reserve pool:
1. Application form for informatization supervision service agencies (see attachment);
2. Copies of business license, legal representative’s identity proof, enterprise qualification certificate, and company introduction;
3. Written commitment letter confirming no adverse records in the past three years.
3. Evaluation method for service agencies:
Our center will verify the information submitted by applicants. After confirmation, a candidate list for the informatization supervision service agency reserve pool will be determined, and results will be communicated via email.
