This event allows participants to experience making traditional Osaka-style box sushi (hakozushi).
Participants wear traditional happi coats during the experience.The table is set with box sushi making materials.Participants who had made reservations in advance arrive and prepare in their happi coats.The experience begins with an explanation about box sushi.Participants proceed with making box sushi in a friendly atmosphere.Staff members carefully explain each step of the process.With clear instructions, participants quickly complete their own box sushi, showing them to each other and taking photos with special props, creating a lively experience!All sessions were fully booked on this day, with the next session beginning immediately, showing the event’s great popularity!In addition to the experience, sushi and other items are also available for purchase.Why not take this opportunity to experience box sushi making at the Osaka-Kansai Expo?
